Kerry S. Hay
Attorney
Since 2003, Kerry Hay has represented hundreds of injured or disabled clients. Kerry has negotiated with many insurance adjusters to get settlements so that his clients get paid. Kerry works hard to make sure his clients are competently and adequately represented in their claims. His years of experience mean that he knows the law and he knows how to handle cases when it comes to auto accidents, workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability/SSI, and black lung issues. Kerry is licensed before all courts of Virginia, including the Federal Court of the Western District of Virginia and the 4th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Kerry is also able to practice law regarding claims involving the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Social Security Administration and the Virginia Retirement System. Taylor Hay
Attorney
Taylor Hay has been an attorney since 2016 and became licensed to practice law in Virginia in 2019, after she moved back to the area after practicing law in San Diego, California. Taylor has been an associate at the Kerry Hay Law Office since August 2019. In California, Taylor worked in public interest law and in corporate law. Marissa Rose is from Coeburn, Virginia. Marissa’s main focus at the Kerry Hay Law Office is working on Social Security Disability/SSI Claims. Marissa works at our Wise, VA location. Marissa enjoys working with clients and speaking with them throughout the claims process. When Marissa is not at work she likes to spend time with her amazing nephew and being outdoors.
Courtney Hamilton

Courtney Hamilton is from Wise, Virginia and married to Landon Hamilton. Courtney’s main focus is Social Security Disability/SSI claims. She works at our Wise, VA office. Courtney likes to getting to know her clients on a personal basis and helping them as much as possible. Courtney makes herself available to speak with her clients and helps in anyway that she can. When Courtney is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, Landon, and being outdoors.
